1. Brian Paddick, Risk assessment is an important part of the Mayor's job and you must have experience in this. What are the chances, in percentage terms, in another terrorist attack on London in the next 8 years? Can you realistically do anything to stop it happening or is it entirely a matter for the security services and police?
