I suspect Mr. Bush, like Mr Henry Kissinger 35 years ago, doesn't actually think that much about this sort of thing.

bush had one of his press conferance the other day - it was live!- and he said " last november around this time.." i went "huh?!" it is july not november!!! that should tell you how his mind works..
