Question

1. Ian Blair, In Brazil, specifically in Rio de Janeiro, we have two separate legal groups that deal with law enforcement. We have Military Police that patrols the streets and the Civil Police that investigates. Do you have that kind of separation in England? If not, how does it work there? How is the law enforcement structured?
