, If West Ham had already been relegated, would the FA have docked them points as part of the punishment for signing Mascherano and Tevez? If the answer is "yes", then isn't the fact that you failed to do so somewhat cowardly?

The West Ham matter has been discussed at length and will probably continue to be. But as far as we are concerned the case is closed on it.
