Question

1. Alistair Darling, Ever since i have had a credit card, my bank has been encouraging me to increase my credit limit and, in effect, borrow more. Will there be any kind of controls introduced on this clearly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the banks now that we can see where it has led us?
