Taken into account that the vat has already been paid on this when sold from new. the company will sell it again charging VAT again. I thought vat was supposed to be a value added tax charged on new goods but it seems a scam has been going on for years and the treasury has been taken everyone for a ride. It seems that if a product is sold time and time again it will over take the initial price in VAT that it was worth in the first place. How can this be right its a con thats gone unnoticed."
